  • What are your delivery charges?

    For orders totaling between £0 and £100, there is a delivery fee of £29.95.

    For orders ranging from £100 to £199.99, a delivery fee of £19.95 applies.

    Enjoy free delivery on orders exceeding £200!

  • WHAT IF I MISS MY DELIVERY WINDOW?

    In the event that a delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as unavailability at home, or unable to leave package with a neighbour, a re-delivery fee of £19.95 will be applied.

    We go to great lengths to ensure that you receive the high-quality fireworks you have ordered. However, there are instances where boxes or fireworks may sustain damage during transit. If such an issue arises, kindly reach out to us with your order number, provide details of the issue, and attach a photograph if possible.
